Product, SKU, batch/lot, digital identity, and verification data you submit while using the Service. Basic usage information (such as pages visited and actions taken) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use the information above to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate account access, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Each manufacturer’s workspace is logically isolated from other accounts on the platform. We use encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest, and apply access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
