Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PRAJENTIC manufacturer platform (the “Service”), including product authentication, digital product identity, and supply chain verification features. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to product authentication, brand protection, and supply chain verification. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
4. Customer Data and Digital Product Identities
Product, SKU, batch/lot, and digital identity records you submit to the Service remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. We process this data to operate the Service on your behalf, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription, Trials, and Fees
Certain features may be offered on a trial or subscription basis, as described at signup or in a separate order form. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented before any paid commitment begins.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users, with notice where practicable.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRAJENTIC disclaims warranties of any kind and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means before they take effect.
